   All inclusive: The all-in-one solution
The new DC features essential functions for all types of applications, e.g. 24V contactor control and operating limit switches. At no extra cost. And a special advantage: The gearbox, brake and coupling work without the need for any maintenance for up to ten years.

   Plug and lift
The new Demag DC chain hoist is ready for use: All connections are simply plugged in. Thus "plug and lift" becomes reality: Simply hook the folding suspension bracket into the trolley or suspension eye, plug in the connector and the hoist is ready to lift. – It's so easy.    Unique safety
The safety concept also puts the DC into a class of its own. A highly efficient, self-monitoring brake/coupling system holds the load in any situation. The hoist does not allow the load to drop. Precise and safe working in any situation.

All relevant components such as plug-and-socket connections, the height adjustment arrangement for the control pendant and chain lubrication are easily accessible under the service cover.

   Ergonomic interface between man and hoist
Demag ergotechnology - demanding requirements which are also satisfied by the new DC: The ergonomic design of the plug-in DSC control pendant with the highly flexible 24V control cable sets new standards. It rests comfortably in the hand – with and without a glove.

   Control pendant: Always at the right height
The new DC puts an end to "imaginative" - and potentially dangerous - solutions for extending or shortening the control cable length. The DC is the first chain hoist fitted with a control pendant which can simply be adjusted to any height, at any time. That's innovation in practice.

   Always up-to-date
A service engineer can read out all relevant operating parameters via a diagnostics interface (display and infrared) and a separate elapsed operating time counter.

   Flexibly adaptable to any task
The new DC chain hoist is available in two versions: as the DC chain with a DSC control pendant and as the DCM Manulift for quickly handling loads with only one hand. A variety of proven load handling attachments facilitate optimum and flexible adaptation of the chain hoist to meet your needs.
